My colleagues and I stayed at your resort and enjoyed it very much. The service was very good and the facilities were also good. We are restaurant owners in Australia and would have appreciated more selection on the in house breakfast menu.We have stayed at other villas in Seminyak that have offered eggs benedict and omelettes on the breakfast menu. Given the stylish decor of your venue, it would be nice to have a better selection on the menu. The only other concern we had was the slippery pool.
all reviews » Only stayed one night and one day but was accessible to boutique shopping and restaurants and short walk to beach. Layout of villa was good and having breakfast cooked in villa was different. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Loved the private pool! The room and bathroom were large and clean. The villa has a shuttle service in Kuta and Seminyak which was perfect. The staff were fabulous - couldn't fault them at all. Would definitely return here. Staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble whatever u want or needed all u had to do was ask and they would get it for u Villas were brill soo much privacy and total relaxation didn't want to leave. We had a very nice private pool. Just as we arrived, the staff realized that it can be dangerous for the small kids. So they imediatelly fenced off the pool. That was very kind. Loved the layout, the pool and lounge area and huge bathroom. Loved the helpful staff and the excellent breakfast cooked on site each day. The privacy of having your own pool. It was very relaxing and we loved the position as it was within walking distance to most things. Excellent place to spend time with friends , staff could not do enough for any of us and always had a smile and a hello. Swimming pool. Staff guys are super helpful. First impressions its a nice villa however a few issues which subtracted from our experience. Centrally located in seminyak. Great facilities. Fantastic pool. Location, facilities and staff. Bathtub is stained and not inviting. Bath towels etc although clean would be far more appealing if they were white instead of grey. The outside area was not very comfortable in terms of seating. Nothing it was brill. The apartment was nice and clean. But later we realized that in the garden there was some cigarette stubs and dog pooh. That we could not get transport when we needed it into kuta etc. Nothing. Nothing. Pool water filthy some of my friends would not swim it was so bad, some villas are near the road Traffic may as well be driving through your room ! seriously bad. Bathrooms getting a bit worn not well maintained. Although the location is central it is on a very busy road and very loud at night. Quite expensive.
