The personal butler was something I wasn't sure about initially but they took care of the details for dinner reservations, sightseeing tours and had good recommendations for everything in the area which was great.   The Staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. The villa was cleaned spotless on a daily basis. Having the private pool was fabulous and the location was private and quiet. Great for a couples holiday! It was only a short ride away from the beach and restaurants and nightlife of Seminyak.   On our first visit to Bali we got it right by staying at RC Villas. We were met by helpful, attentive Ketut and his staff who continued to be so throughout our stay. The villa was perfect. Pool was very clean and checked every day. Location was perfect being close to Seminyak Square, shops and market. Excellent 5 sta - Our stay at RC villas was excellent. We enjoyed the villa a lot, the swimming pool in the villa was great and our 6 year old daughter did not want to come out of the pool at all. It was extremely comfortable and relaxing. Location is fanatstic - very close to the beach, to shopping district and numerous eating places. Mr. Kedut - the manager at RC villas was very helpful in arranging a car with a driver for us to see around Bali and we had fantastic day from 8am to 8pm seeing major sightseeings

  The best thing about the w resort is it is by far the most funkiest hotel I have ever seen. the design of the rooms the bathrooms the hotel the bar is just awesome......its not the typical traditional 5 star hotel design .....it is in fact very contempary design .....i would love to stay in w resorts again and again.....a bit on the expensive side... what people say » at first but after looking at the hotel and staying there its tot lay worth it....the staff are ever so warm and courts-es .....they go out of their - The big picture is perfect. They really are spot on. The villas are really good. They have figured out what counts for a great experience for pretty much everyone and drawn up the blue prints accordingly. The restaurants are the best at any hotel I have been to - and trust me, I have been to most - and the constant and caring attention of Director of Cusine that we experienced, Richard Millar, makes a huge difference!

Access to Seminyak shops and restaurants by taxi is convenient and cheap. - Very friendly staff and room was extremely clean and made fresh daily. Perfect place to relax for a few days if travelling alone or for couples.

  The staff wee very helpful - the first afternoon we arrived, there was a problem with the safe. It wouldn't open again once our passports, cash etc, was inside. The staff persisted with trying to find the master key, without success. Eventually having to drill through the keylock and break into the safe. The safe was replaced immediately. Location wise, you are a little away from most attractions, however still only a matter of minutes by taxi to get - i stayed at sapu lidi for 2 nights. it was great experience . big room , good breakfast , excellent services.
