It was 5 nights we won't forget ! - The staff were uniformly terrific - very helpful, courteous and considerate - from the service desk to the waiting staff. The location is outstanding with the capacity to lounge on but above the beach so enjoying the beachside experience but avoiding the hassle of the peddlars. The facilities beachside and in the room are also top class.

I totally recommend the Spa in this resort, cheaper compared to other boutique ones, very clean and professional. We had a 2.5 hr massage for like 30Aud. The bar is awsome, right in the pool and perfect view to the sunset. Definitely visiting Balisani again.

  The Dipan was so good, I returned after spending a week in Ubud. The staff and villas are wonderful, with a gorgeous lagoon pool you will not want to leave. My family were all sick during our stay, and management and staff were very caring and helpful. The neighbouring spa is great for massages, and pampering.
