The staff were friendly and very helpful; upon arrival we were provided refreshments and informed of complimentary 15 minute massages if we required. We ordered a late lunch and the menu was not too pricey. The portions were a good size, and the cocktails were very nice. The reception arranged our dinner reservations and taxis, along with any other requests we had, and all done with cheer and grace. all reviews » We loved the fact that Annora was a small place which meant that we got to know the lovely friendly staff who were very helpful when we needed anything. The breakfast which was included in the price was some of the best bacon & eggs we have had. The pool was so relaxing to come back to after a day on the beach where of course we were always approached by the people selling their wares. Despite the fact that we bought lots of jewellery from them we still didn't get left alone. We had a late . We stayed at Annora last year and really enjoyed it. The location is good and it is a relatively quite area with easy access through to the beach. Staff are friendly and the small 'cafe' is convenient as is the day spa where the treatments are excellent and very cheap. The main pool gets lots of sun so it is very warm (the villa pools tend to get quite a bit of shade which is good in the extreme heat). It would be good for large group travelling together as you could easily take out the whole. Everything went good. Personnel was very friendly! Really nice quiet spa. Beach is about 7 min walk from the hotel, surf-station is right there. Annora is perfect for those who looks for a peaceful place to spend holiday. At the very first moment we felt disappointed with the size of the hotel as it looked much bigger on the photos. Just do not expect big impressive reception. The hotel itself is really good, enough space in rooms and in the yard. We stayed in a one bedroom villa with private pool. Had a huge outdoor bath and shower.Staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms were well kept and cleaned daily. Had a relaxing massage, manicure and pedicure at the onsite Spa. Loved eating breakfast around the outdoor pool. Enjoyed the extra touch of animals made of towels left on our bed each night.Had a dog, elephant and squid. Made us laugh. This was our second visit to Annora villas. We found the pool villas to be very well appointed, spacious, comfortable and beautiful environment to relax in. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was inviting and appetising with a good range of choices. We had our breakfast delivered to our villa each morning to eat beside the pool. We hope to return to Annora villas again. The staff were amazing, so nice and helpful. The accommodations were nicer than we expected. We really like the outdoor space and our complimentary breakfast was delivered to our room. Very cool public restroom by reception. It has an outdoor portion with fish, not to worry it is private. You can't see in. Absolutely loved the Spa, it was truly excellent value. The staff were friendly and prompt with anything we needed, our room was cleaned discretely and the animal towels on the beds are a lovely touch. i would certainly go back there, if for nothing else but the spa treatments. We have been to Bali 12 times and this was the most enjoyable holiday. The resort was top notch, staff the most friendly ever and the location was fabulous. It was quiet and relaxing and close to everything we needed. Well done Annora, we will be back. Unfortunately they didn't have all the ingredients for a few cocktails (i.e.: white rum) on the first day, but they were happy to swap out and accommodate requests. Our Villa was very dark and for females trying to dress up and put makeup on it was very difficult. They could update the shower heads in the bathrooms and add additional day beds beside the pool. Umbrellas would also be useful in providing some shade by the main pool. The only problem is that there are very few sunchairs next to the pool but you can always go to the sea (where, unfortunately, have to pay about US$5 for a sunchair). Roosters crowing during night and early morning (outside of hotel's control but still annoying). Liked everything about it. I wouldnt say I didnt like anything I would just like to recommend a few things, we stayed in a 1 bedroom villa with pool, I suggest that the living area needs a ceiling fan as it was so hot anywhere but in the bedroom. I suggest an outside clock somewhere and also a TV outside that can be visible from the pool. Also somewhere to hang wet clothes and towels is a necessity. Small things like dead flowers in the garden need to be addressed. Everything was fine. The only thing we didn't like was that we were having to come home. there was nothing i didn't like about Annora Villas.... Internet access was not the best and it automatically signed off after about 10 minutes. A little bit expensive for the service. I booked a deluxe room with a hall , and the hall was a bit dark. nothing!. Front desk would not order taxi for us upon departure. No shuttle and taxi's seemed to have trouble finding it despite being central. Having to leave. Just found nearby Seminyak very busy and noisey. Nothing. matress was too thin & air conditioner was very load. the pool in our villa was low in water and the filter didnt wrk. كثرة البعوض بطى شديد في أستخدام الأنترنت. Slow wifi Internet Big waves on the beach ( it's 5 min to walk) and only public beach. The room that we stayed in wasn't covered enough. Most was outdoors, so there was mozzies and tv was in the room so most of the time we were stuck in the room. Breakfast was a la carte which wasn't good enough - the options were too limited and restricted. The spa area could have been better and more enhanced as it is a "spa resort". It's old & there is some insects in the open bathroom from the plants but acceptable. Leaking air conditioning unit, TV not able to receive programs, items on the breakfast menu not available - despite our stay being booked some weeks in advance and including free breakfast. Slow service from waitress in small restaurant atea. Mosquitos! Most of villa is outside including bathroom. Pretty expensive, also mini bar and room service almost double of Komenaka at Tangayuda, Ubud.
