It was my 50th birthday and the staff made a fuss of me .   From the moment we felt warmly welcomed by the delightful man with one of the sunniest smiles I have ever seen! Staff at the desk were helpful, professional & welcoming as were the staff in the dining area with a welcoming drink.This was by the way absolutely delicious! Large staff maintain this 15 yr old lady very well. oh and clean toilets and the cleanest kitchen in Sanur. Will return and recommend, best value for money that we have found so far in Sanur.

  My husband and I were there for 11 days with my 2 daughters, their husbands and babies. I like that it is a small establishment with cottages and rooms. Rooms are spacious with a small fridge. This is a quiet place in a small lane but not far from the main street. All sta - The staff is very nice and easygoing. The rooms are spacious and have a balinese-style patio. Bed has a useful mosquito net. It is not located on the main road of Sanur but it is a plus as the hotel is very quite in the evenings. Breakfast included with very good banana pancakes or eggs and juice/tea. Nice swimming pool but almost always in the shadow as there are many trees that cover the sun. Safe not in the room but in the lobby.

  Our taxi didn't find the hotel right away, as it might be a "new" one. But in the end it was well situated, next to a main street, and to many shops and restaurants. The reception and the staff were welcoming, nice and directly gave us the information needed (wifi, breakfast/restaurant hours, directions to the pool and sea, etc.). The dining area is reall - The staff were always very welcoming and prompt to accommodate any request. The room was spacious and bed very comfortable. Outdoor pool area was simply inviting with a lot of green around. Pool is not so big but relaxing there was excellent. Breakfast although not buffet (It depends on how many guests the hotel has) has good choice and portions are quite fair.

  My friend and I had never been to Bali and wanted to stay at a quiet, hassle free location. The Parigata resort and spa was exactly that. It was very clean inside the room and around the grounds. Staff were friendly and always happy. We could exchange money at the resort and it actually had better rates than most places.
