Our taxi didn't find the hotel right away, as it might be a "new" one. But in the end it was well situated, next to a main street, and to many shops and restaurants. The reception and the staff were welcoming, nice and directly gave us the information needed (wifi, breakfast/restaurant hours, directions to the pool and sea, etc.). The spacious rooms were clean and very comfortable. The hotel has a beautiful small pool in the garden area, surrounded by some of the rooms. The dining area is reall.
all reviews » The staff were always very welcoming and prompt to accommodate any request. The room was spacious and bed very comfortable. Outdoor pool area was simply inviting with a lot of green around. Pool is not so big but relaxing there was excellent. Breakfast although not buffet (It depends on how many guests the hotel has) has good choice and portions are quite fair. The villa was extremely spacious for our family of four. The gardens were beautifully maintained and provided a cool retreat from the heat and bustle of local Sanur. The buffet breakfast was enormous and varied every day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were particularly welcoming to our children aged 5 and 8. Deluxe rooms very comfortable, good wifi, cable tv, close to beach & restaurants, good break fast, very friendly staff, excellent diving at nearby Nusa (island) Penida. The tranquility of the place and gardens, couldn,t speak highly enough of staff and management, will be re-visiting next year. Great for families as well. Although the hotel is equipped with wifi in common spaces and a business room with a computer I think it would be good to have internet in the rooms. the policy of charging $25 dollars a night extra for a child's camp bed - not a proper bed - seems greedy, after 3 nights you buy a bed like that. The meals could have done with a bit of upgrade, but otherwise all else aok. Construction and noise causes bye it which is à lit tel normal. Location to any good restaurants. No DVD player Poor Internet service. Should advise guests when hotel is undergoing repairs at the moment of booking. Should advise which photos apply to the room one is booking. TV offer was poor, only two channels worth watching. Only stayed a night so didn't explore Sanur, or encounter any problems. On a busy main road. Nearby beach is not very nice and not clean. No wifi in my room. No s tar. Sports. The beds & pillows were too hard. The bath wasn't very clean. Two towels for each person would be good. The restaurant dinner meal was not what I ordered. I wanted Veal & I got over cooked Steak. Breakfast buffet was limited. Warm beer The area wasn't nice at all Lots of mosquitos Service was OK, but the restaurant staff got confused easily.
