From the moment we felt warmly welcomed by the delightful man with one of the sunniest smiles I have ever seen! Staff at the desk were helpful, professional & welcoming as were the staff in the dining area with a welcoming drink.This was by the way absolutely delicious! The setting is stunning..so beautifully laid out so you feel you are staying in the greenest most beautiful garden with lovely places to rest ones eyes everywhere. Stunning! The room was comfortable & had we not been at.
all reviews » fantastic location right on the main road of Sanur and central. Staff were friendly and accomodating. spacious, clean balinese style room. excellent pool and gardens. Large staff maintain this 15 yr old lady very well. oh and clean toilets and the cleanest kitchen in Sanur. Will return and recommend, best value for money that we have found so far in Sanur. Great place to stay. Not far from beach ( 200 m ) nice pool but not only for swimmers. Two deep ends ( don't let your kid drown) Room nice and clean. Downstairs rooms been a bit smelly but after letting air through no probs I found it was a great place to stay. Good restaurant, live music but not too loud. Good Style, friendly staff. lovely hotel within 5 minute walk to beach in Sanur and 5 minute walk to bars and other eating establishments. Open air restaurant which we ate at many times. Prices reasonable and food selection very good. Pool is in the centre of the complex and surrounded by trees and shrubs. Rooms very clean. Would stay here again. The Rooms were nicely appointed with a little terraced patio area and a view of the pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful. First time staying in the Sanur area. Really did not use amenities much as stay was just for one night. But Close proximity to the beach and shops and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and clean. There is a nice swimmingpool in a well-kept garden. The hotel is situated between many warungs, small shops and some minutes walking from the sea. When we were there, it was not possible to swimm in the sea because there is a lot of grass in it. It was an oasis in Sanur, it was a spotless resort that was so peaceful to be in. The staff were so friendly and helpful. It looked great in the photos but actually looked better when there in petson. Highly recommend this resort for a quiet and romantic stay. Loved the hotel as it is small and has the authentic Balinese feel to it. Quiet and ideal for relaxing, far enough away from the street noise but within easy walking distance to restaurants and beach markets etc. Very beautiful cozy hotel. In a hotel courtyard there is a lot of greens and plants. Among all these greens orchids grow. The remarkable pool in which we bathed at night under the star sky. What a lovely hotel! The room was immaculately clean however this was not so pleasant. If had to pick something, more authentic balinese food would be good. No complains, but pool should have a low end for safety reasons. nothing, everything was great. The restaurant was sub-par. The food was bland by Indonesian standards and the fruit for breakfast was not ripe. But close to many other Restaurants so not really a problem. Nothing. Nothing. Bed comfort would be enhanced with a topper pad so not so firm. nothing. Small common area, with pool taking up most of it. Lack of privacy on terrace. breakfast was limited and became boring. No buffet Breakfast. Last 2 days had large family group - quite loud and no sunlougers were available. Thin towels and no in room tea making facilities. Loud radio played in the restaurant. If you are a big breakfast eater the breakfast is fairly basic but for us it was just sufficient. Two king single beds pushed together - rock hard wood in the middle.
