  We spent four nights here and from being picked up from the Airport by Ferenc himself, to arriving back at the airport to come home, our stay was totally stress free from start to finish. The apartments are in a very nice area within a 15 minute walk of the Danube if you like to walk. The rooms in the apartment were completely spotless and equipped with everything you need even if - Superior apartment with entrance to the private roof terrace from living- and bedroom was very clean, comfortable and quiet. It gives a relaxing and private stay at the residential building. Good free wifi, good tableware, large sofa, table and chairs at the terrace, air conditioning, non smoking apartment. Corvin Setany square and shopping center are modern; you have all shops, currency exchange with better rates (small commission) and some restaurants at your footstep. Location is good, just

Breakfast was wonderful.We enjoyed every minute, stay in this Ho - Really nice room and relatively spacious - about 30 sq m. Breakfast in the hotel is very tasty. All products are very fresh. They make very good coffe, orange fresh and various eggs and creps made for you. Lunch&dinner dishes are excellent. Especially fish of the day and goat cheese salad. Bathroom is very nice and comfortable. Bed is really big and nice. Good location in the center.I liked the attitude. Very willing and attentive stuff.

In fact I would say that the friendliness of the staff was one of the main highlights of our stay at the Meridien.   The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. We asked if we could take a baby high chair into our apartment and they allowed us to take one from the breakfast buffet restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful for all our needs. We didn't bother with the breakfast because there are plenty of local bakeries and Boscolo provides free coffee 24 hours. Location was great - access to all forms of local transportation - best bet is to buy 3 day pass at the airport as Budapest is pretty spread out.

It is very near the Chain Bridge in Budapest, right behind the Gellert Baths and so easily accessible to all major sightseeing venues yet in a residential area. The Manager, Ester made us very welcome and was very informative and helpful. We had a huge room with a lovely balcony overlooking the garden and a huge bathroom! What more could you ask for?!

The location is ideal with access to all areas on the doorstep. The rate for a central hotel with such service was excellent. We booked two executive rooms, which while relatively compact, provided all we needed. We arrived early, before our rooms were ready, but with our (discounted) exec rooms we spent some time on the excellent executive terrace & lounge, with free drinks and a great view of the river. This ia more of a big business hotel of course, but for us it was a usefull one-night stop on our Road Trip. Breakfast (also in the exec lounge) was quite good.

The concierge service was excellent, helped us book tickets for a boat cruise and recommended a restaurant that was excellent. We could not fault this hotel and will be sure to try and stay here when we visit this wonderful city again. We have already told all our friends how good Continental Hotel Zara was!

  The kindness of personnel. Although we arrived later than the closing ours of the spa, they provided full access to the spa without any additional charges. - The price was excellent, and it included breakfast. The coffee was very good and the fresh croissants.
