When we arrived we were told we were "Guests of the day" for theduration of our stay. We were upgraded to an apartment on the 5th floor,with breakfast and use of the exceutive lounge included for noadditional charge. The hotel is professional, modern and clean andeverything you would expect from a 5 star hotel. I liked staying in the Executive Suite at the hotel after the confusion with our booking the hotel had no record of our booking lucky i had my printout from LetsBookHotel.com to confirm the booking-hotel apologise and put us in Executive Suite i was happy with that and have no complaints.
all reviews » I stayed here for a business trip and for me the location was perfect as I was only about 10 mins from work but I warn that it is quite a bit away from the centre of the city. The spa facilities are great and I found the staff very friendly and helpful. I had a fantastic experience with Ramada. on top of all my expectations from a 4-start chain hotel, i got a free upgrade offer for my room, access to the executive lounge, breakfast as a part of their guest-of-the-day reward program. Staff were extremely helpful, they even assisted us with minor repair of our baby stroller. Overall, a great value for money. Pools with thermal water are fabulous. I really appreciate the hotel staff. Also the location is very nice, in a silent area, with easy access to public transportation (HEV station near the hotel).Great Hotel, Good Room, Nearby to an Island Just up river with a numberof great clubs (Friday and Saturday they were busy Sunday they werequiet /closed). The staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful. The spa was great. Did not like the restaurant - very disorganised and service was not what Iam used to. Rooms were relatively small. no slippers in the room, you have to pay extra. At breakfast, waiters were very eager to clean the table, and to see us eating very fast. At some points, it seems as they would take away the plate from which we still eating.
