Staff were friendly, check in efficient. Room was a good size, very comfortable bed and fabulous bathroom. Toiletries were of a good standard and free minibar items a bonus, although not as good brands as those in the free minibar of another (cheaper) hotel we had stayed in the night before in HK. Food in the restaurants was expensive but we had a lovely meal in the Chinese restaurant, which has an incredible view over the city, and the breakfast was also very good, so worth the splurge. It was even better than I had expected. I enjoyed being so close to the Star Ferry, MTR and attractions. Everything was in walking distance. Having a Star Bucks across the street was an added bonus! I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to Hong Kong. - The hotel is close to all major tourist spots outstanding view (wouldcost you aprox £500 per night next door). The aircon was fantastic, Therooms were very clean and well serviced. The beds were very comfortable.Had a great stay would recommend to everyone the ymca is not a hostelfor the young! Our stay was very short at the Harbour Grand only six hours, this was due to a bereavement. We had to change flights and only stay the one night at the Harbour Grand and flew straight back to Heathrow on 1st August instead of the 3rd. -

I loved the view from my habourview room, from the Sky Lounge and the rooftop pool terrace! The hotel really has a perfect location. I also liked the room itself which was very big, clean and nice. I also appreciated the friendlyness and good English of the staff and the quick check-in and check-out. All in all, I enjoyed my stay very much. -

Very nice hotel in a nice location. Only stayed 1 night so can't say to much about all the facilities. We were upgraded free to a club room which was very nice. very nice and comfortable rooms - The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable. The information cards provided with regards to attractions around H.K were great and very helpful. The location cannot be beat! 4-minutes walk to MTR station.
Our 20th floor suite with kitchenette was clean, had a comfortable king bed in a separate bedroom and a sofa-bed in the living room. The air conditioning worked great and helped keep the humidity down to an acceptable level, since it was pouring rain outside for the two days we were there.
The front desk, consierge and houskeeing staff were all friendly and helpful to us.

We had rooms on the top floor, they were very small, but presume they were single rooms as there was a glass sliding door to the toliet!
