  We had a room overlooking Kowloon park, which was great in such a crowded city. Proximity to Jordan station and Nathan Road. Check in/out staff very efficient. - I normally do not answer such questionaires but this hotel was so good in all respects that I must give this feedback as they really deserve it.

  Nothing was too much trouble for the excellent Staff. Reception desk and Concierge particularly helpful. Telephoned on our behalf for restaurant bookings etc. Great location just 5 mins walk from Star ferry Kowloon side, Nathan Road and Canton Road shops. Within Ocean Shopping mall. Breakfast buffet also excellent. Very strongly recommended - The hotel is in a very good location with easy access to Harbour City/Ocean Terminal, and it is not far from the MRT station. The rooms are nice, and the beds are big and comfortable, with lots of pillows. Connecting rooms were provided as we had requested. Moreover, all five of our reservations were upgraded. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They provide great service, especially Victor at the Front Desk. The breakfast buffet is also good.
