Very clean apartment. Very helpful staff and service was excellent. Location is next to Times Square with the MTR, shops and eateries within walking distance. The kitchenette is a plus and so is the self service laundry. Slippers and toiletries are provided. There is also a gym. -

First I give the highest appreciation to the staff who are always helping guests, ranging from bringing my suitcase, redirect me to the check-in that is available, open lifts, explaining directions to points of interest, and find me a cab. As an Indonesian, I love to meet "Budi" who can explain me something in my mother language.
Secondly, I booked a superior king room and placed in room number 1006. Room is spacious, overlooking the Leighton street , very clean and well maintained.

Wi-fi is the best! Since I live in Mainland China, for me it was luxury! No VPNs and super powerful speed!
You never feel alone there, there's a garden on a rooftop and a terrace on the 4th floor. Plus it's clean, a cleaning lady comes every day.

We had rooms on the top floor, they were very small, but presume they were single rooms as there was a glass sliding door to the toliet! I upgraded to a Superior room for bigger space at a reasonable price, the room is spacious enough for two, and the size of the bath is expected for hotels in HK.
