We stayed at that hotel for almost a month. Which means we liked it a
lot. Very convenient location - right opposite the mtr station, nice
surroundings, shopping malls, food courts. If book directly through the
hotel they give 15% discount for asic holders and 40% off if booking for
a stay longer than 3 days, which makes a 55% in total. They call
themselves sometimes a hotel, sometimes a hostel but the quality is
exceptional. Sure it's not a 5 star hotel but still it's of the
very high standard

Ms Ellen is such a friendly and very easy to deal with. She even upgraded our room to a better one although at different building. Toiletries include toothbrush, shampoo and shower foam, except towels but can be purchased at HKD20 each. This is the 1st time I've stayed in non-hotel in HK as I wanted to experience some of the local style accomodation, and it wasn't that bad as I imagine. But, having said that is because I've booked the biggest room and only stayed for 2 nights yah! Ms Ellen is very helpful, just check with her on directions if you have doubt. She sells discounted tickets for some tourist places too.

The room was clean and tidy, and we had enough room to move around in.Bedding was changed every 3 days. We had our own shower and toilet, air con and TV. Landlord was cheerful and accommodating. It's good for a few days, but perhaps not longer than a week.

The price was cheaper than any of the hostels, if you factored in that
we got a room for two. Which is grand. We got a small room with a bed,
and a tiny window and just that, nothing fancy, bare minimum. But for
Hong Kong, it was Grand. Clean, no insects or problems with the staff
like I heard about from other hostels/inns in the Maribor Estate. -

This is a budget hotel, it's very affordable and located in the heart of Hong Kong (Tsim Tsa Sui). This hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly and nice. I would highly recommend this hotel for a budget travelers or backpackers.

Comparing with other hundreds hotels in Chunking Mansion in Hong Kong this one is good. Clean room. Very small, but it's common problem for Hong Kong. If you want to live in downtown and you don't want to waste your money- it's pretty good option. -

Location is great. Not far from Jordan MTR station. It's even not far from Avenue of Stars just about 15 minutes walk. Close to temple market, jade market, kowloon park. So many option to find place to eat n shops around the guesthouse. Building looks old from outside and the elevator looks a bit scary. But surprisingly the room was clean n comfortable.
