Staff were friendly, check in efficient. Room was a good size, very comfortable bed and fabulous bathroom. Toiletries were of a good standard and free minibar items a bonus, although not as good brands as those in the free minibar of another (cheaper) hotel we had stayed in the night before in HK. Food in the restaurants was expensive but we had a lovely meal in the Chinese restaurant, which has an incredible view over the city, and the breakfast was also very good, so worth the splurge. We had a wonderful stay the the Langham! The staff are amazing, the hotel and facilities the best we have stayed in. A great location as well. Highly recommend staying here. - everything was excellent.we arrived in the morning but they gave us the rooms in 10 min.the rooms were very quiet,it was a pleasure to stay there.

The staff were extremely friendly and English was great. The hotel room was very comfortable furnished brilliantly large Screen which I plugged my Apple TV in to. Shower was 10 out of 10. Food was brilliant I am from England and thought the Breakfast was lovely, I had the american break but was just like an english break, hash brown, sausage (which was good!) bacon beans (they must of been heinz!) Scrambled egg!
