  Ms Ellen is such a friendly and very easy to deal with. She even upgraded our room to a better one although at different building. Toiletries include toothbrush, shampoo and shower foam, except towels but can be purchased at HKD20 each. The place is near to Ladies Market, Mong Kok MTR (Exit B3) station and Mong Kok East station (MTR going to Luo H... what people say » u Shenzhen). Must try the polo bun not far from the guesthouse. - This is the 1st time I've stayed in non-hotel in HK as I wanted to experience some of the local style accomodation, and it wasn't that bad as I imagine. But, having said that is because I've booked the biggest room and only stayed for 2 nights yah! Ms Ellen is very helpful, just check with her on directions if you have doubt. She sells discounted tickets for some tourist places too.

  We loved the owner's wife Ping. She is the happiest friendliest person alive. - The room was clean and tidy, and we had enough room to move around in.Bedding was changed every 3 days. We had our own shower and toilet, air con and TV. Landlord was cheerful and accommodating. It's good for a few days, but perhaps not longer than a week.

  The newly renovated wing was very beautiful, far more than expected. They have put in much to make it look and feel luxurious, once you enter the wing. It stands in stark contrast to the building it is in. On the way to the wing on the 10th floor, the building is so derelict, one would expect to spend the night in a run down, rat infested crack de... what people say » n. The truth is that this is one of the absolutely most beautiful accommodations I have stayed at. There is nothing - apart from the size of the room - Staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was fun, in a block with a market on the ground floor, it had fantastic Indian cafes and interesting stalls. We felt part of the local community, as much as we could be. It is close to other shops, the underground, buses etc. Bathroom was fine, internet was reliable, it felt safe.

  I could not expect more from this hotel as the staff has been really helpful and kind during my stay. The rooms are comfortable and clean fitted with a fridge, tv and AC. Located close to the MTR, you can reach HK island into 5 mns and easy to connect from and to the airport. You don't stay at a 5 star hotel, it's just a Hostel and as of my experiences, this one is one of the best one in this mansion. For me, cleanliness and safety is most important and I got it here.
