very good place, cleen, nice room. I really enjoy the service. nice and clean room, very good service with almost all facilities avilable. This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel, the location is great as you are in the middle of everthing. Shops, places to eat and only minutes from Wan Chai or Causeway bay.A very well maintained hotel in the heart of Causeway Bay at very reasonable rates. The staff were friendly and helpful. Close to MTRs.

Will use this hotel on my next visit to Hong Kong, especially as it's less than 100 yards to my office. convenient position, quiet room, very cute reception girl. location is not so good, but facility is new and clean. also the price is very reasonable in Hong Kong downtoun. Clean, great location - excellent basic cheap hotel (Superior Room). Beds were clean, the staff were very helpful and courteous. The location was great and no problem with no meals avaialble as plenty of good eating houses and coffeee shops within a few 100 yds room was clean and as comfortable as you get in Hong Kong. No lunch and/or dinner possibilities... Only one person in front desk, easy to get blocked if several customers are there. Better check out with plenty of time.in my reservation, there is no free breakfast included. There is free broadband, however, the hotel did not provide the cable and have to buy/bring by yourself.The room was not very clean: the carpet was very dirty and I've seen cleaner bathrooms too. The windows can not be opened and the street noise is substantial. The attitude of the staff was very bad. I will never use this hotel again.The free internet is not wireless, only with cable which is inconvenient. they dont treat with respect, for internet you need to bring your own cable and i asked for one at 7 am and they told me that after 9 am they can attend because was to early. So if you are stayng in a working time is not so useful, the area is for vacation only. Another thing; there are more prostituts than tourist walking arround so be careful if you are planning to stay with children.
