Location of the hotel is excellent - bus stops directly ouside and CWB MTR less than 5 mins away. The very friendly staff made all the difference. They could not have been more helpful. the nice room and the upgrade by the staff to a junior suite!. qualified staff. The location is convenient. The staff there are nice. And the price is reasonable. You can also buy the things you need nearby. the room was comfortable and well presented. the beds were very comfortable and all the linen was fresh.Excellent location and value for money. it was close to my business meetings locations. the staff were very friendly indeed. Good value for the money.the bathrroom. Signature floor: Modern room, well kept, good room cleanliness, efficient room maids. The other two rooms: ordinary, a little run down ie. old. I could hear every word of what was said in the room next to me becasue there was a door in between.Requested King double bed and non-smoking six months in advance but got neither!. hotel reservations system was shame and lameplease do not make reservation with this hotel you will regret for sure. the photos that you are seeing on their reservation page is called S-signature which you must pay more than trifle of your current rate that you are seeing. plus when u arrived there u can not upgrade to this floor anyways! this hotel is fishing people with this fake photo. the ro. I booked a room with double bed back in May, which was confined and when I arrive discovered that my room had been chnaged to two single beds. No answer and no discount. Room too small, breakfast very expensive and poor; TV set, when switched on, shows dirty adult movies advertizing and it needs a lot of efforts playing with an old remote to get to ordinary TV-channels. No hairdryer in the bathroom, I had to use the one which can be switched in the room only, without a mirror. Had to do my hair looking into the reflection on the TV-screen. Internet too expensive.They give a room close to the lift, it was an executive room for an expensive price. For this category of room I expected something better and not close to a noisy lift.... For the breakfast the choice was limited... small and very cramped.
