The owner has been operating Manos Small World for 18 years, and remodeled the interior and bathrooms last year. The room was very clean, comfortable and had an amazing view. The owner is kind, pleasant, accommodating, and truly gracious. This was the highlight of our stay on the island. We loved the location overlooking the caldera and Firostefani...much quieter than Fira and a short walk.

Peaceful yet within an easy walk of the main town of Fira. Imaginative and stylish decoration in the room. Welcoming and helpful owner. Great location. Close to main town, but not right in it. Manos is agreat, attentive host.Just be ready for the steps...not unique to Manos, but many hotels on the caldera side. At times, the noise of life of the area was a little much but it could be shut out.It did not have a pool. There is only 1 room that can not recieve WIFI inside. I wish I had printed the online directions before going. No shampoo and soap. No bathtub. No stove to cook.Only small problem is getting down the stairs to the hotel with bags onarrival, but Manos arranged for a man to carry them back up on departure. Not enough cuttlery, crockery in room. Lack of kitchen sink alittle annoying.
