good service and situation near railway and bus stations. Good location, clean room, welcoming and helpful staff. S-bahn just across the street, Hauptbahnhof and city center just a block away.Reception was open 24hours, the bedroom was very clean and breakfast was pretty good. Central Position - close proximity to rail station.Buffet breakfast was good. Staff were helpful. Room small but clean and good shower.The stuff of this hotel always is ready to help. If that was because of booking through Booking.com then we were not too pleased.We had informed the hotel several times about our people needing separate beds and not twin beds. They hadn't even tried to satisfy our wish and when we checked the rooms ourselves and swapped rooms and informed the reception they didn't change the names in their IT system causing some confusion among our people. Only one key available per room was problematic. there were not enough lamps in the room! reading was hard! the lamp in the ceiling did not give enough light. The furniture is depressing,the sink is so small,if you want to use the room safe they charge one euro a day such a small amount that warrants an extra charge, if you want to use the umbrella they charge an extra euro 5 per day , i ended up buying a new one for euro 6,they only provide one pillow, if you want an extra one they charge extra euro 5 per day, i also i forgot some of my clothes. I'll never stay there again as the duvet was tiny and to get a further cover cost 5 € - outrage. too small rooms i the ground level, higher levels rooms are more comfort. Poor small bath towels and pillows. bathroom was small.
