Very pleasant and helpful staff with good knowledge of area. Ease of access to train and bus was a great bonus, There are plenty of shops and coffee outlets nearby. The staff were really excellent. They went out of their way to help me. Always smiling and making sure I felt welcome!. Nice, clean, showers in the room, good location, metro around the corner. Most of the staff could understand English.
