A quiet and characterful treat on a quiet stretch just south of Ku'damm. Lovely older property with cage elevator and an excellent breakfast room, especially considering that the entire hotel only comprises 24 rooms- try finding this sort of thing at this price in North America. Can't be done. I loved having a much larger bed than I've been used to when traveling in Europe.

I found my room charming and very well laid-out, but there is a potentially hazardous step down from the showed onto the bathroom floor that would be a problem for those with limited mobility. I cannot say if this is the case for every room, however.

Old fashioned pension, reception closes at 8pm, old cage-tpye smallelevator, and not really good English spoken at reception. But- locationcouldn't be better, place had loads of charm, free wifi in room, greatbreakfast. I loved it!

Bed was not the most comfortable, a double made up of two narrow twinmatresses with 3-4 inches separating them.

It was idealy located for the shops, cafe's and public transport. Our room was very clean though not one that had been decorated recently, but still was adequant for our needs. The buffet breakfast was plentiful with the platters restocked to make sure there was a full selection of foods available.

The hotel is very central and it is clean. No great luxuries and does'nt have a bar but for what we wanted it was excellent.

Very central location. Really good selection of food for the continental breakfast. Have stayed there once before. Like the quirky old feel of the place with the old fashioned lift and dark entrance hall and the very pretty, tastefully decorated breakfast room. Looked very pretty with the Christmas decorations, candles and garlands on the tables etc..

tiny ketttle and very basic tea/coffee facilties.Bathroom was good but very compact so the kettle would not fit under the tap of the small sink.
