The room was big and comfortable room even included LCD TV. The Hotel staff was very helpfull. Breakfest was great. Free very fast WI-FI in the entire Hotel was very handy.

The parking in the Hotel costs 15 euro per day, while you can park just outside the Hotel for much less money (free if you don't like to pay parking tickets) .

The cleanliness and the warm room as we visited Berlin when it was very cold.

It was a little confusing the way the room number signage, may be good to follow up with more signage at the end of long corridors

We were very impressed with everything to do with the hotel, the staff were very helpful and friendly including the cleaning staff.

Spacious room, excellent location. Taxis right outside the door. Hotel was well-appointed.

Mini-fridge was not cold. Key-card for elevator seemed extreme. Rear entrance closed slightly before posted closing time.

The Room is amazing, Good Breakfast and nice location

The TV Channels Set is not easy, Why dont they classifay to Catiegories, there is about 100 channal.

Quiet location, room was very comfortable, free Wi-Fi.

Only breakfast available was either buffet for 19 euros or croissant in the bar - something in between would have been nice. I think 5 euros for a local telephone call of less than 1 minute is excessive.

The room was comfortable, the availability of a full bath, the restaurant Julius in the hotel, the on site parking

The key card system works poorly in the lifts. The absence of a safe in the room.
