The apartments were recently renovated and could feel like at home with
full kitchen equipment . The two bedrooms are big and identical -easily
two couples could share the apartment. I like the location also – next
to the building there is metro (u – station) and for less than 20 min
you are on Alexanderplatz or Brandenbourg Gate. The station Karl-Marx is
close and there are plenty of fast food restaurants and shops there –
aldi, lidl ,rewe... I would like to thank Ali who has very helpful at

Ali was very helpful and right away made us feel at home. Also helped us carry our luggage to third floor (thanks once again!). Very comfortable beds and adequately furnished rooms and kitchen. The location is just 100 m away from the Grenzallee train & bus stops. Grocery stores and a few restaurants were also only 2-3 minutes walk away. The shopping area is 10-15 minutes walk.
It is brilliant value for money, staff were very helpful, very spacious, perfect for a weekend break and right opposite grenzalee station which makes travel around the city so easy!.
The appartment was clean,spacey and nicely decorated! It was also right next to a metro stop, which made moving arround very easy and fast!.

Reception lady said there is no soap but in fact soap was provided.
No lift.
No lift in the building so it is a bit challenging to haul your luggage if you are on the upper floors.
The only disadvantage is that it was a bit cold, meaning you couldnt be with just a t-shirt in the house! However if its not winter there shouldnt be any issue!.
No Microwave. Front desk always without a permanent worker. There was just a paper in the front door with the contact number. Only saw the worker in first day and had to call him for check-in.
Neighbourhood looked a little bit doggy. We had to pay deposit of 100
euros which was ok, but they should inform about it before. There was no
english channels on tv.
Overall, no issues are worth noting here.
Sometimes time for check-in/check-out needs to be arranged by phone, but that's fine as long as you know about that.

Apart from the ubahn and a small cafe there is nothing nearby. This is somewhere you stay for low price. It was slightly chilly in the apartment but clean and quiet.
