What people say

There was to much noise during the night, from the other rooms and from the street, everything in the room was smelling to smoke from cigarretes, reception service not very good. The illumination of the room very low... I will never stay in this hotel again. The photos on web side is not from offered hotel Pension-Grand. Double room which we ordered was with three single beds. TV show only one canal. No parking for auto in so crouted area. It was unbelievable journey to Berlin. I'll never order this hotel again and will not offer for people which I know.

From here, guests can reach Schönefeld Airport in 18 minutes, Alexanderplatz square in 12 minutes, the Zoologischer Garten (zoo) in 15 minutes, the Ostbahnhof station in 12 minutes and the ICC exhibition centre in 15 minutes.
