Excellent hotel. Very comfortable studio, well equipped and designed. Tasty food in the restaurant, and friendly waiters. Gym: high standard. Staff always available to give advice about theatre performances, etc. Perfect location, just a stone's throw away from the Gendarmenmarkt, Potsdamer Platz, Alexanderplatz and Checkpoint Charlie.

Nothing negative to say, really. Judging by some of the comments on this site about this hotel, it would seem the cleaning staff barge into the rooms at any moment - so just put the Do Not Disturb sign on the door.

Good facilities, central location

We reserved a parking garage but when we arrived they told us that iscomplet, we were charged in 20 euros/day for sheets for the kids witchsleept in the sofa bed althougth that is not menthioned in the website,witch says that children stay free in parents room

Very friendly staff, perfect location in the center (also by U-bahn station), overall level of service is very high. Makes us want to go to Copenhagen or Budapest :)

We had an 1 bedroom-appartment with balcon, so great! Well located inthe city, room very confortable, new furniture, modern, all confort andequipements: sauna, pool,,,

The street's ppearance seems a bit odd at first but then you realisethat it was in the shadow of the Berlin Wall and it then all makes sense- great location within walking distance of all of the main attractions

They use the card system instead of keys. The card is also used in theelevator, gave a secure feeling - only hotel guests could use theelevators. All the staff spoke English and very friendly andaccommodating. 10 minute walk to the Metro. The apartment was totallyequiped with all the latest appliances/utensils/cleaning up articles.The room was made up each day. Very pleasant experience.

Perfect location for East Berlin, close to 2 tube station and realy close to bus station, the rooms are very big and have everything in it.

as in all berlin, price for the breakfast is too high, u can find equally good breakfast with half the price in shopping centers, and the room has only 2 english speaking channels and none with movies.

the room was warm and the air conditioner didnt work ... i asked about it and they told me that it works but i think that it wasnt working because the room stayed all my stay

Nice modern hotel with pool/sauna. However, the pool closes at 11, would have been nice if it was open a litte later as I was delayed getting there. Also doesnt have 24hr room service. Otherwise, a good hotel.

The pool and gym closed at 11. As a business traveller I arrived at the hotel quite late. Its asking a lot, but it would be nice if these facilities could be open until 12?

The concept of apartment hotel is excellent. You feel like you have your own flat in this case in Berlin. We wee in studio which means one separate bedroom and another space includes living room and kitchen( and of course nice bathroom).Good position and good facilities in hotel.

When we stepped in hotel they reserved money from my credit card for the amount 25% higher than it should be???!!! The answer is even more strange- they want to be sure if I have extra cost like mini-bar or pay-tv ???. Not so good food in hotels restaurant.
