  Very clean rooms, convenient location and very friendly staff. Meals were excellent, if a little pricey, especially the wine. We took 70 and 80 year old couple and they also loved it. However, the booking system failed to pass on to the hotel that we needed one disbled access room.   Good location, Walking distance to Reims centre, underground car park on site, very helpful reception staff, ( on arrival our allocated room smelled of tobacco smoke, on complaining to reception they where very apologetic and upgraded to a suite for our inconvenience. - We were passing through on way to alps this hotel was great stop off point.   The staff at the desk were so friendly and helpful giving us plenty of information and assistance. We parked on the street and could see our car from the hotel window. Walking to the champagne houses and taking tours was wonderful. We will return again and stay in the same place. My favorite memory is eating lunch with champagne (of course) an... what people say » d while looking at the Reims Catheral - The locality was great as we could park the car and walk all around Reims from this location. I was impressed at the outset with the friendly staff. They went out of their way to help us and were very happy to do it. Can't say enough about them really. This made the stay. I believe the breakfast was great, but we did not do breakfast with our full days so can't really comment.

  Everything was fine, we were only staying one night late and leaving early so only wanted a basic room and the lady when we arrived helped out and told us all we needed (even though we have little French she was willing to try hard to make sure we understood - Merci!) and the room was clean and had everything we could need and it felt very safe an... what people say » d no complaints at all - even stayed for breakfast which was also fine. - We were just stopping off to break out journey down to Brittany. It was perfect for our needs with a young family. We got a family room, which was excellent and suited our needs. After a long journey, it was great to avail of the excellent restaurant in the hotel.
