  Very clean rooms, convenient location and very friendly staff. Meals were excellent, if a little pricey, especially the wine. We took 70 and 80 year old couple and they also loved it. However, the booking system failed to pass on to the hotel that we needed one disbled access room. The staff were all helpful and friendly, the bed comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent and generous, with good barista coffee.   The staff at the desk were so friendly and helpful giving us plenty of information and assistance. We parked on the street and could see our car from the hotel window. Walking to the champagne houses and taking tours was wonderful. We will return again and stay in the same place. My favorite memory is eating lunch with champagne (of course) an... what people say » d while looking at the Reims Catheral - The locality was great as we could park the car and walk all around Reims from this location. I was impressed at the outset with the friendly staff. They went out of their way to help us and were very happy to do it. Can't say enough about them really. This made the stay. I believe the breakfast was great, but we did not do breakfast with our full days so can't really comment.
