The staff were extremely friendly and efficient. The food and service were very good. We chose this hotel for two reasons: we were en-route to Switzerland, and this hotel had a secure garage and was ideally located for the motorway. The apartment was very clean, well presented and contemporary in design. It was in a perfect location to explore reims. Olivier met us at the arranged time to give us the keys and explained everything about the apartment. He was efficient and personable. Reims was lovely and we enjoyed exploring the streets and visiting the cathedral. We had a great meal recommended to us by Olivier in Cafe Forum.
