Very clean rooms, convenient location and very friendly staff. Meals were excellent, if a little pricey, especially the wine. We took 70 and 80 year old couple and they also loved it. However, the booking system failed to pass on to the hotel that we needed one disbled access room. Would recommend. Compared to other hotels in Reims, this one is excellent, quiet, comfortable, value for money and a good restaurant. English not too much of a problem either.all reviews »
the staff were the stand out feature, they could not do enough to help and went over and above the call of duty when our motorbike broke down. due to getting lost-arrived well after advertised last booking in time but were delighted to find reception still manned(or womanned in this case). Very clean, good but simple restaurant on site, very close to A4 and easy to get to, staff were thoughtful and put our 2 rooms adjoining. Excellent value for money. Excellent location for a stopover to our from the South of France. Clean, yet compact room, all spotless and it's great to have the restaurant right next door.Reasonable price, easy car parking, restaurant in the hotel, free WiFi. They let us attempt to speak French - with great patience!. Everything that I wanted was easily available. I did not find my lack of french to be a problem. It was quiet. Easy to find, flexibility of the staff, and the restaurant food was excellent quality, variety and value.It was used as a stop-over and it was good for our purpose. Friendly staff. Unfortunately a large coach party was staying and we arrived at breakfast at the same time, so it was chaos and the food kept running out. However by the time we had finished breakfast the rush was over and I imagine we then saw what breakfast normally would be like. Apart from city center and in industrial area. Not impressed by the food available for dinner.Breakfast buffetOKDirections were somewhat confusing although once we arrived we couldsee what they were trying to describe. Very small room for 2 adults plus 1 child. The pull-out bed amost completely filled the rest of the room not occupied by the main bed. Using the third bed in the room left no floor space at all. Small room size. rooms are a little small but clean and well serviced. no one on duty at check out - confusion over billing which i intend to resolve myself.
