Great location and less than 10 minutes walk to the Monte Carlo Casino, Hotel du Paris and shops; everything is in walking.
The room was fine and clean and we had a balcony overlooking the street.
If you're driving to the hotel, this can be a bit tricky, recommend a GPS and there isn't really any parking onsite, just street parking. -

Hotel is located right on the sea edge, very rare for the South of France where normally the first line of hotels is across the road from the sea. Apartment was les orchidees (or a name like that cant remember exactly), when we initially booked i looked up the apartment we had been assigned and emailed them saying we requested a change of apartment - which they did with no issues. Check in and out no probs, as others stated be aware you need to clean apartment (or pay high fees fir housekeeping). good location. Very well stocked apartment (all cleaning products, tea coffee etc).
