The night staff was great and accommodating, the pool was clean and well kept as was the sauna, the location was excellent, I had a room with a balcony which was lovely, the noise was well insulated out, and the products in the WC were Fragonard! I would not hesitate to stay there again or recommend it. The locality of the hotel made it very easy to walk around Nice, it wasclose to some very nice restaurants and bars, The staff were extremelynice and courteous which made for a very pleasant trip to Nice.

We logged on andoff three times, used it for a total of about 20 mins and it cost €36. bar closed too early( sometimes before 10pm) Coffee machine in executive room was only supplied with coffee for 2 cups for stay of 5 days, any more was charged for which was unacceptable considering the cost of the room.Room was a bit small for a quad room. Pool water was very cold and itdid not seem to be a heated pool as advertised. Poor room lighting. 2 single beds pushed together to make a double. Traffic was noisy.breakfast in the room wasn't good quality. For a four star hotel I would expect a kettle in the room and I would not expect to have to pay extra to view the t.v. in the room.i was charged 36 euro for 1 hr internet in a hurry to make airport and noticed it too late, so it may have been genuine mistake. the only negative aspect was in the morning during the breakfast when we realised that there is no meet for those who does not eat pork, that fried eggs and sausages are already finished (although the time was not too late for breakfast 9:20).Nothing significant. Swimming pool quite a bit smaller than it appears in photos. Room very warm! Unless we mistaken, solarium appears to be sun terrace!. Did not realise there was no kettle in the room - bit of a hassle with a baby. We assumed the basket of sweets were complimentary as there was no price list for them but discovered on paying hotel bill we were charged 3 euros per item.The view from the window. the bar did not stay open on an evening, which for a 4 star hotel is very poor.10 Euros for 45 mins use of Internet with a mouse that didn't work properly was a bit steep, however the staff let me use theirs to check my next Hotel Booking. This was the worst value for money, but could be the going rate for the area. Surprising that this hotel has a four star rating - but given French hotels, par for the course. Rooms could do with a freshen up and the TV only worked on one channel.Room was a bit over priced!!.
