  We absolutely loved the location. It was about 6 miles outside Bayeux and only 10-15 minute drive to Omaha Beach. The staff is very friendly, though a couple did not speak great English they made a point to help us out as much as possible. It is very quiet and the rooms are quite large and comfortable enough for a crib and all the luggage we had w... what people say » ith us. Mont St Michel is around an hour away by car and all the famous museums, beaches, monuments etc., are all within 20 minutes of this Bed and Br - Oh my, what a wonderful stay! If you are lucky enough to get a reservation, you will not be disappointed! Beautiful, large, clean, quiet, comfortable room. Wonderful host, whose home made French bread, croissants and apple turnovers are to die for! Lovely breakfast. Good internet connection. Lovely country location - between Bayeux and the Beaches of Normandy. Don't miss this chance to stay in a beautifully decorated country manor house. Pet friendly, too!

  Very French setting. Owner and her children were outstanding. They went out of their way to make experience good. Drove me to Mont st. Michel when scheduled tour fell apart. Drove me to train station for return early in am. The breakfasts were very good. Good people very accomodating. Gardens and location were great. T. - The rooms were big enoug... what people say » h for sleeping, but that is all we wanted to do there. There was a wonderful garden for lounging around. The staff was FABULOUS. Attentive to our needs, friendly and responsive. The breakfast was continental, but there was plenty of everything, with coffee flowing all morning.
