Never thought it will be that great! Its locaton is magnificant, thepeople working there are veryvery nice, helpful, u feel they r thinkingof u only every second! I made a reservation for a studio, was upgradedto an appartment with the ame price, very nice to have a separate room,a nice bathroom, a kitchennette corner equipped with everything plus thecovers for like 6 persons,just great.. All staff we met was very kind and spoke English very well. Everyday the room maked up and cleaned. Ofcouse location is perfect! We recommend this Hotel.

It was close to the Metro and an easy and interesting area around it.helpful and friendly personnel, great location, we booked a "duplex" (an appartment spread over two floors connected by an indoor staircase) which allowed us to be separated from kids (they stayed downstairs) and have some privacy, we loved it!. appartment style hotel made it really easy with a young child. As Australians (with large appetites!), we felt the hotel breakfast was not nearly enough to eat, particularly for the money paid (although the coffee was excellent), and found self-catering a far better option for our family for the rest of our stay.Directions to the hotel from the Metro could be included in description. room would require some internal renovation work (painting), but it's still OK. would have been even better if there had been stuff like washing up liquid and cloths, and maybe tea/ coffee provided rather than having to buy these for a short stay. no view and no air conditioning. the location . the Duplex Suite could fit 6 person. Dated kitchennette, however had all the crockery/cutlery and more than required. Rooms quite warm as we had internal room to courtyears,so little fresh air. Window/Door opened out to fire escape, so conscious of leaving them open. Smaller living area/kitchennette, eating area.No parking space. Apartment was a bit tight for 4 persons.This is not a 4-star hotel, although it is listed as such. While roomsare rather large, the entire facility is need of a major update. If youliked the '70s, then this is the place for you. The apartment itself was a bit of a let-down. Carpet was old and grubby, walls were covered in dirty marks, and there were various stale smells throughout. The place needs new carpets, new furniture and a coat of paint to justify the '4 star' description and price.Room needed updating, very old decoration. Beds very uncomfortable. Worst matress ever. Must be 2 cm thick, a shame for a 4 star hotel. Bad isolation of the windows, resulting in noise from the street (quite common in Paris). Very old - needs a renovation. noises at night (motor cycles, talking voices, etc), internet access not functioning for half of the stay. Rooms old/dirty carpet. No ice, fans or air-con. Street noise made itnot possible to sleep. Is not 4 star- maybe 2.5. old, delapidated, needs urgent renovation!.
