it was wonderful, for being a european hotel it has big and for being in paris it was an excellent price. great location only 3 minutes from the louvre and about 2 from the opera. the elevator is small but the stairs do work. Friendly staff,nicely appointed room,breakfast and the excellent coffee.It was werry quiet on the hotel so we could have a good night sleep. We could go by feet to almost everything we had planed.

The size of the bathroom was outrageous,one couldn't move without banging against the wall,only one person could enter at a time.This was a medium room,can't imagine how tiny the standard room's bathroom must be.The staff was quite helpful,but one day our room was still not made up at 3.30 p.m! Despite the don't disturb sign they removed all the towels the last day,we had to ask for them.small rooms, but this seems to be typical for Paris. The room had a very strong smell of cleaning products which was really overpowering. There was also a banging noise which woke me up two nights running, it sounded like pipes knocking off each other. This was really annoying.All hotels in Paris are very expensive for poor facilities and small rooms, but room was much smaller than expected, despite been a double standard.Really difficult to place a big suitcase. 2 mininal extra-slim wardrobe. The bathroom amazingly tiny, hardly 1,5 sq.m. Not for stay several days or with children. Amex card could be used for web reservation but hotel demanded another for guarantee.
