The location of the Hotel was excellent, the rooms were - compared with other Parissien Hotels - big enough, clean and nice staff...

The room was too small and the hotel is lacking facilities and manpower.

very small rooms, very rude staff, the night staff refused to use the lobby to recieve friends coming for a visist. I asked for an adaptor and it took 24 hr despite many calls. I paid 27 euro for the internet and could not use it because they did not bring an adaptor to use with my laptop
