Staff was friendly, spoke numerous languages! Free wifi, room was ready early, very clean, design made great use of space. Well lit, View over Monmantre hill plus! Walking distance to metro, price on booking beat their price! Love Ibis' 15 minute guarantee!! (If they've made an error, they have 15 minutes to correct it or room is free!). We found the hotel to be quite roomy compared to our other European hotels. It is well located tithe metro and a short walk to the restaurants of Montmartre. The staff were helpful in helping us research day trips to wineries and Monet's garden. I would stay there again when we return to Paris.

Perfect location also as everything we wanted to see was in walking distance from the Hotel. The staff was always friendly and willing to help when we had a problem. They always greeted us with a smile and we felt welcome there. The beds were excellent!! We managed to get a good night sleep every night for an entire week. Excelent location, comfortable bed and ultra clean bathroom. I really recommend this hotel to those who wants to stay in a lovely area, close to sacre coeur, moulin rouge and less then one minute from the metro station. The hotel was conveniently located near Place de Clichy with easy access to Supermarkets, shops, cinemas, Metro and restaurants. There was also a Starbucks nearby where we purchased coffee and fresh orange juice. Very well located and very clean hotel. Some of the staff were exceptionally lovely and helpful, others less so. Breakfast very good, especially the coffee, croissants and pain au chocolat. Bed very comfy. the location, the breakfast, the staff was very friendly, and the helped with a smile all the time. very good connection to the city, 5 minutes walk from the moulin rouge. 50 m from metro station, very close to Moulin Rouge. Try breakfast at the little cafe nearby where Amelie worked in the famous French movie: Rue Lepic + Rue Cauchois. Location is just hundred meters from Moulen Rouse,and ten minutes walk(up the hill)from basilik with great sight on Paris.Lots of people on the street late in the night.Great location.Close to supermarkets(some works very late).We walked(5km from heart of Paris) but metro is very close.Stuff is friendly.We asked for rooms not looking on cemetery and we got it.We didn,t use breakfast ,but nine euros for all you can eat is very cheap for Paris.Rooms are big enough.We didn,t have wardrobe but the . Quality of bedding, good pillows, clean beds, black out blinds were really good and made up for some of the less good stuff, good quality breakfast, most staff were very nice and helpful. The only one improvement I could think of is being a stereotypical english we would have loved a kettle and tea in the room!. We changed rooms during our stay, and while the room we stayed in first (on the 8th floor) was brilliant, quiet and comfortable, the second room we stayed in (on the 9th floor) was a little bit noisy. There was a particular buzzing sound whenever we turned on the lights or opened the window, as if it were the buzzing of a machine somewhere above us. However, we only stayed in our room late at night when we got back from visiting the city, so it didn't bother us much. We picked a smoking rook cause we both smoke, but the room is really stinky. Of course we smoke, but smelling smoke is not good, definately! But of course was our choice and theres no way to make this better. So i reinforce that i will come back to paris and stay in this hotel. Good price and amazing comfort. I wish the room had an iron and an ironing board. No room service. Next door there was the Mercure hotel which looks identical so we kept walking in there thinking it was our hotel. No A/C in Lobby's. Very hot due to Vending Machines. Lifts took too long to arrive, so took stairs instead. Was only a problem due to high temperatures. Wouldn't be a problem in Winter. Well, view from one side of the hotel is to the cementery. It is not a big problem, but definitely it is better to have more inspiring view, especially in Paris. Too hot in the room with difficulty in operation of the air conditioning unit. Nothing. toilets got blocked, had to take two rooms for my family though had interconnecting doors which ended up being more costly than planned. Slightly far from main city attractions (although very close to metro). Nothing really. Nothing. lifts. None. I was quite disapointed thinking of having real food from the restaurant when in fact I had a advanced pepared microwaved dish which was also very oily and salty and small for 14 euros,i dont recomend eating there. You have take care about your walets (keep them out of sight)arround moulen rouse,becouse of organised groups of theefs.Police will not do anything about it.But generaly it is safe till late night hours. The rooms are a bit small and I would have liked more pillows in the room on arrival. Tea making facilities in the room would be nice. I don't like the main road location, but it was after all a cheap hotel for Paris. A bit scruffy. The old fashioned wood chip walls need to be reskimmed. Corridors where a bit smelly, and rooms had no Safe Lockers. I strongly believe the cleaning staff was taking away our left over cigarettes. . Booking in took a long time. Lift was malfunctional, aircondition in rooms appear not in best operation, toothbrush was not provided etc. It's so small romm. air condition in room is not working fine, you have to open the windows. Also, very noisy from other rooms and room are very small. staff (1 person) very unfriendly shabbiness.
