Great place to stay, breakfast really good and plenty of it. Very accommodating for family's. Lots of hot water and room/whole building very warm. Area very close to Paris Nord 10euro taxi ride or 15 min walk. Metro in Paris not very kind to strollers if traveling make sure you take at 'quicksmart' or small stroller. 15 min walk to Notre Dame, also 2 playgrounds within 5-10 mins walk. Location was good for our purposes with easy access to the Metro and train stations. I very much appreciated the tiny balcony with the view of Montmartre - especially at night. The staff were cordial and helpful.

I expected small, but this was TINY - we had to take turns using the elevator and coordinate/choreograph our movements in the room. The city noise at night was annoying but not intolerable. Very small room, bed wasn't too comfortable. None. Lack of airconditioning (hotel did supply fan after a couple of days without being requested). Breakfast was a bit of a shambles. tables not cleared away and no milk out. Rooms/toilets/showers/Lift/Lobby&#- 47;Breakfast area all too tiny, there is serious space problem in the hotel, i am an average physique but was difficult for me to fit in, if someone little bulky don't even think of this hotel. Our triple room was to hot and we had not air conditioning! We only had a tiny fan in the room! Noisy street, we had to leave our windows open all night and we hardly sleep. Staff was not gentle, they didn't accept to show us the room before using it. Even more, they ask us to pay the room in advance before seeing it! I never found this in any hotel before. We had to pay the room with credit card on the check-in without checking the room instead of doing o the check-out, as usual. The room is extremely small with no space for a suitcase. We had 2 carry-on small suitcases and I could fit it only vertically between 2 twin beds. Bathroom is tiny as well with towel holder getting in your face while you're sitting on a toilet... 10EU breakfast is very limited, you won't get hot oatmeal, eggs or fruit there. Just yogurt, cereal, cheese, ham, bagette and croissant with tea or coffee. The hotel is too small. Actually everything in the hotel is too small, elevator, rooms, bathrooms... Room was very, and I mean 'VERY' hot. Only ventilation was from the Juliet balcony windows which opened up onto Boulevard Magenta. So it was a choice of being kept awake all night by the heat, or being kept awake all night by the traffic noise...!. The lack of air con made the small rooms very hot. Decor was too dark in our room, we did not enjoy eating breakfast in a reception lobby. Tobacco smoke pervades the ventilation system from smoking rooms. You have to step over the toilet to get into the shower, as the bathroom is so small. Not clean. We found hair all over the bathroom. Very small room. Unfriendly stuff. The most worst hotel in paris very bad staff no cooperative very very bad don't want to stay for next time spoil the name of booking . Com.
