Whery nice and comfortable room.

Recepcionist didnt know how to give me invoice on my company name and refuse to call collegs and ask.

The staff were always very helpful and friendly, made restaurant suggestions and reservations for us on several occasions, were more than willing to do their best to find out anything we needed to know.

Internet was pricey and was not always reliable.

The staff was helpful, location was near to metro and great restaurants, especially Paul's-fantastic croissants and pasteries.

The location is perfect. The hotel is very nice and well decorated.

The rooms - as in the great majority in hotels of the same quality in Paris - are very small. The hotel is not equiped with duches. One has to use manual devices.
