The location (near the most interesting sights and good restaurants), two steps from Metro and RER), the stuff (very well-wishing and helpfull) the conditions of living (small, but very cofortable and clean room, very clean bedclothes and towels changed every day, lift).
Wonderful hotel, staff was very helpful with my requests and
absolutely close to everything. I was in Paris to run the Marathon and
having the metro across the street and close to the race start and
finish was perfect.

Hotel was extremely well located, room was relatively big for Paris
standards, clean and comfortable and wifi worked very well. Most
importantly, I had to deal with three different staff and the three of
them were helpful, nice and friendly.
The location is perfect, so many sightseeings are near the Hotel. In the
evening you can find a lot of places where you can take a glass of vine
and during the day you will be able to have a great shopping.
The location is just fabulous. In all other respects it's a usual
Paris hotel with tiny rooms, tiny elevator and narrow corridors. But
it's clean and quiet, with free wifi, and supermarket is nearby.
This was a very good basic hotel. No frills, but very clean and tidy.

Cheap. Bed OK and clean. Location beside metrostation.

At least there is a lift. Room clean, towels were changed daily, large
window and cooling fan. Safe for valuables. Centrally located. Walked
everywhere. Good shower pressure but poor positioning of shower hook
(down below) meant that you had to hold shower spout in 1 hand and wash
yourself with other. If shower hooks were put up high and tea and coffee
was available it would be a better hotel!.

Location was good.
I'm a big athletic guy, 6'4" 245 lbs. The shower was tiny
and if I moved to fast could bump the faucet and change the water
temperature by simply turning around. It's not a bad fault, just
something to note.
The last morning the toilet got clogged.
It was also a bit expensive.

Even though the general appearance and decor is a bit worn I would not really complain for the price.
Rooms are very small.
Location alone cannot justify the price. Small room, very noisy, no
fridge. Heating was de-activated once keys are returned to the
reception, resulting in a quite cold room.

At night Loud traffic sounds garbage trucks, street sweeper and people
yelling are a problem. Poor reception man was worn out – on duty from
morning till night – or was it 24/7? Tiny room, tight squeeze into
bathroom. Tight squeeze into lift – only holds 2 adults who would be
touching each other, or 1 adult with cases. No coffee or tea. Toiletries
are 2 soap dispensers.
Bed bugs! The toilet broke after first use. The shower was clogged. The
desk broke half way off of the wall when I put things on it. And again,
bed bugs, after I mentioned I had been eaten alive the reception staff
just shrugged. Never stay here.
