inviting. There is a large shopping complex containing a Carrefours
supermarket, directly opposite. It is only a 300 metre walk to the tram
stop which is handy.

Hotel is clean, comfortable and friendly staff, not luxurious but forthe price it was certainly great value. Location is superb, cafe'sand shops on the doorstep, 5 mins walk from the Promenade de Anglais,old town ten mins away. Didn't have any food - went to theBoulangerie across the road. Although the prom was a 10 min walk we were so pleased we stayed in the Novotel as we were able to see all areas of Nice with only a short walk.
