The guy in the reception Yannick was so helpful and friendly. Because of a problem we had by the reservation, they upgraded our room.   Centrally located next to the Gare St Lazare, and a short walk from the stores on Bvd Haussman as well as the boutiques on Rue St Honore, and many of the main tourist attractions, this hotel is well positioned for sightseers and shoppers alike. We thought it excellent value for this location. We chose to skip the hotel breakfasts in favour of a much cheaper cafe/croi - We stayed in a horrible guesthouse the night before and decided to spend some money to stay at a better place. And it was worth every penny!!!!!!!!! Hearing about our horibble stay at other place, they gave us an upgrade to the superior suite!! It was so comfortable and clean. Staffs were friendly and accomodating at all times. We would love to stay here again if we come back to Paris! Thank you for everything!!

  We stayed in a petite room which is typical for Paris but the bathroom was huge. The service was the best l have experienced in all my years of visiting Paris. The Location was incredible as you are right near Fauchon and all the key tourist destinations and best shops - It was very well located, 3 min walk from Madeleine and 7 min walk fromOpera. ... what people say » The staff was very nice and friendly.
