  A great location. Relaxed atmosphere and spotlessly clean. Air conditioning controlled within the room was much appreciated! (I clicked excellent value for money above - this was because we got a good deal. I'm not sure I would have clicked that button if we had paid the price stated on the room information in the hotel! - But then perhaps that... what people say » is because I don't often stay in 4star hotels!) - The situation (between La Madeleine and Galeries Lafayette, nearly Place Vendôme) was really appreciated. The infrastructure (Japanese trend) of the Hotel and the staff service was exactly in line with what we were searching for and what we could expect of a 4 star hotel.

  The location was excellent. The tree lined Rue Tronchet was one of the most beautifully streets we found in Paris. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and had a lot of charm.   The Location which central to tourist sites + the cleanliness of the room - The location was fantastic, the Scribe is an excellent hotel with very polite staff. The cleaniness of the rooms was very good and the bed was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

  Great value for money. Excellent location, close to 3 metro stations. Bathroom was spacious and had a shower/bathtub. Quiet hotel, freindly and helpful staff. We did not take breakfast because there were so many options just outside the hotel.   I was very luck to be on the top floor with a view on the Madeleine so it was very pleasant and quiet for a busy part of Paris. The hotel is located near a few metro lines and even better close to Gare St Lazare which is ideal for travel. Variety of restaurants nearby, budget and expensive ones. Excellent location: the hotel is in a nice area. Main attractions is in within walking distance (10-45 minutes), or you can use subway (5 lines are next to hotel). Rooms have normal sizes for a comfortable staying. Soundproofing (there was some trafic noise from the street, but no noise from neighbors).
