It is a friendly family hotel in the heart of Paris located very close to the centre and the Metro station. The staff is really helpful and correct, they all try to do their best for you and your family (call for the transfer, e.g.). Everything, the hotel and location are perfect, the staff friendly, helpful and accommodating. - It's a very well located hotel near the metro and bus stations, in a good and safe neighbourhood. The metro line taking me to the hotel is the same crossing the main touristic destinations. The staff is nice and helpful, always receiving guests kindly.

The hotel is exactly what it claims to be. Nothing too flashy but clean, comfortable, well priced and in a great location. The staff were all friendly and spoke good English. We were only travelling for a weekend so had small, light bags and this hotel suited us well... if travelling with larger bags I would consider other options as the elevator is very small and is not accessible from the ground floor.

I could not fault this hotel. It was great value for Paris. It's not luxury, but it had everything I needed. The water was always hot. The room was well heated. Everything was spotlessly clean. Excellent location - 5 minute walk to the Metro and surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops. The staff were helpful and pleasant. -
