The hotel is right by the Metro and in a very pretty square. The room was a good size and very comfortable with lovely views across Paris and the Eiffel Tower - we paid more for a 4th floor room and it was worth it. It was nice and quiet despite the noise from the square below.The staff were friendly and helpful and there are lots of places to eat

Excellent staff, young, kind and eager to help. Beautiful, modern design. WiFi everywhere in the hotel was very helpful.Great location, a minute walk from the metro station Pernetty. Nice neighbourhood with a lot of bakeries and a couple of very nice restaurant solutions that were much less expensive than the ones in the center. Overall a great choice! We will definately stay there again our next time in Paris.

Friendly and helpfull stuff in the evenings and mornings.He left me in my room until 12 to check out. If you need you can leave your luggage to the reception and go to do your things. The hotel is in a diverse area of Paris - lots of African hairshops
around it. The street and area felt quite safe.
The hotel itself is nothing special but it does the job for a very good price. Everything in the room and bathroom was clean, ample towels were provided, hot water worked. The room was quiet. The room's design was nothing special, so it definitely is a cheap place to get a good night's sleep. I have no complaints and would use it again.
