First of all the location was excellent. The staff in the reception very friendly & professional, the room was spacious, very clean and calm, the breakfast was delicious. I've stayed 5 nights at the this hotel and every thing was just perfect. -

The staff are polite, friendly & very cooperative. It is a comfortable hotel & what I looked for in a hotel for a solo traveller that spends all the day out. Cosy Monceau staff is very friendly (Especially reception). They were very helpful.
They allowed us little early check-in. They were always helpful when we needed to warm the milk(twice a day) for our 1.5 year old daughter.
Any other request, they would be of immediate help.
Besides this, Rooms were also reasonably clean.
