It is in a very convenient location, right around the corner from the metro station and across the street from 3 bus stops.   Most budget and mid-range hotels in Paris have tiny rooms, and these rooms were small, but the hotel was very clean, new, so nicely decorated, had great staff, had a nice cold brekfast (with cheese, ham and yogurt - not just bread products) - it's really a gem of a place.
