  Staff were excellent. Hotel had a great location as well. Fridge didn't work in our room, however on the second night, they upgraded us to a premium room - with a working fridge. Wife can't have room temperature wine, after all! - Gréât location to visit city, rooms are very clean . Staff are very helpful and friendly.

  Such a pleasant staff and the room was so charming and comfortable. Because the hotel is located on a small side street, it was wonderfully quiet. We never heard traffic noise from our room, even though we had a window to the street and were on the 3rd floor. - The staff were extremely helpful rooms were beautiful.   Following a plumbing problem in our room the staff could not possibly have done more including upgrading us to a suite. Curtesy was a byword for staff performance. They were excellent. - Everything from staff to service. We had an excellent time and the staff were wonderful and helped us have a perfect anniversary break.

  everyone was more than happy to help me with the littlest things. the were genuine in trying to make my stay comfortable. they even found me an adapter so that i could plug in my laptop and when that one didnt fit they went and found me another. the breakfast was great in the morningas well. we extended our stay two additional days and will come... what people say » back here on our next trip as well as recomend this hotel to our friends and family. - This is a wonderful right bank location for young and old alike. On a side street it was convenient to the metro (Grand Boulevard) though we walked everywhere and felt very safe in a lively and fun neighborhood. Our room was chic and spotless. We loved the cozy beds and crisp duvets with great curtains so we could restore our jet lag and embark upon our sightseeing. The full breakfast was AMAZING.
