  The location was amazing. It is a couple short blocks from the Notre Damme in one direction, and the Pantheon in the other. There are very many great restaurants and you are really in the heart of the action, but the hotel itself is on a quiet block so you don't have to deal with hearing the night life and busy-ness just a block or two away. It is in - The overall decor is typically old French, with paintings and classic design features. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spectacular and appeared to have been recently remodeled. The air-conditioning was great. For it's location (Latin Quarter), the price was quite reasonable. Communication with the hotel staff prior to our arrival was very friendly and helpful.

On the fifth floor - no issue with noise despite cafés and bars below. - the location was incredible. the hotel was clean, very pretty and quaint, and the rooms and bathroom were a good size considering other hotels in Paris. We had enough room for two large suitcases and were still able to walk around vry comfortably in our room. The view from our balcony was of Hotel de Ville. I cannot stress enough on the amazing location this hotel was in!

It's a fairly short walk from Montparnasse train station and an even shorter walk to the closest Metro. Our room was small but comfortable. Friendly English-speking and helpful staff, breakfast delivered to the room, nice and clean rooms, good bath; my room had a great balcony to sit in and breath the city air.
