Such a pleasant staff and the room was so charming and comfortable. Because the hotel is located on a small side street, it was wonderfully quiet. The staff was incredible and more along the lines of what I wuld expect from a 5 star hotel. The gentleman who works during the evenings got us an unforgetable dinner after 9 pm on Valentines Day. Then he was more then willing to make some phone calls in order to make sure we could get into an excellent night club.

1) The front desk was helpful in pre-arranging our airport shuttle both ways;

Stayed at a Classic room on 2nd floor.
Very carefully thought out arrangement of the room.
Nice & clean. Fairly large by Paris standards. Excellent toilet & washroom. Has most things a traveller would need. Located in a quiet side street away from crowds & noise.
The front desk service was warm,friendly, prompt & congenial.
Fairly well stocked mini bar although we did not use it.
