  I expected less based on reviews (with all due respect to previous reviewers), but surprisingly staff was very service, polite and helpful, also room & bathroom were restored, neat and very clean.   The location was excellent. The tree lined Rue Tronchet was one of the most beautifully streets we found in Paris. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and had a lot of charm.   Although small, it was a cosy room. I had a small room under the roof. The street is quite quiet, so I slept well, beds are good. I didn't have breakfast there, so I can't tell about that. The position of the hotel is in walking distance of the Champs Elysées, where I had to be for work. - Great location, between Gare St Lazare and the Roissybus ... what people say » stop, to the airport. Although the room is very small, it is comfortable enough, however, I don't think I'd want to spend an entire vacation there. It really suited our needs as a stopover.
